UNIVERSITY MAINE FARMINGTON 5K TURKEY TROT Maine Running
FARMINGTON, Maine – The 2008 University of Maine at Farmington Fitness & Recreation Center 5K Turkey Trot and One-Mile Fun Run/Walk is scheduled to be held Nov. 22 at 10:30 a.m.
The fee is $10 for the 5K ($4 for college students with ID) and $5 for the one-mile fun run/walk. Proceeds from the event will be contributed to the Hilda Barstow Memorial Scholarship Fund. The first 100 participants will receive a free T-shirt.
Registration forms may be picked up in advance at the Fitness & Recreation Center or downloaded at frc.umf.maine.edu. Day-of-the-race registration is scheduled to take place from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Fitness & Recreation Center.
