Husson
University won the 2008 John Queenan Memorial Golf
Tournament on Tuesday afternoon with a team score of 299, 10
strokes ahead of runner-up
University of
Southern Maine. Four Eagles finished in the top six for the day,
as Mike Hersey (74), Chris Hamel (74), John Ellis (75) and Josh
Gallagher (76) helped pave the way for the tourney title.

runner-up Bowdoin.

Huskies’ golf team has been named captain for the 2008
season. It is the second consecutive season that Loss will serve
as the Huskies’ team leader after serving as a co-captain during
the 2007 season. Head Coach Reggie Grant made the announcement.
